What to do first

  • If you think the loss was caused by an illegal act, like burglary or deliberate damage, call the police as soon as possible.

  • If anyone travelling on your craft is injured, get in contact with the Maritime Safety Authority.

  • Do what you can to prevent any further loss or liability.

  • Don't make repairs straight away as we'll need to assess the damage first.

If you need our help right now, call us on 0800 950 145.
